STUDIOSC was commissioned by a family of 4 to gut renovate a high rise corner condominium unit, with Hudson River views. The existing space was dated with closed off spaces, not taking advantage of the incredible natural light available. The first intentions were to open the kitchen to the dining area, replace the dark faded floor with light pickled oak wide planks, and to create a warm and modern kitchen to act as the central gathering location.
