L & R Headquarters

STUDIOSC was tapped to develop the corporate headquarters for L&R Distributors in the newly transformed Industry City. The main challenge of this project was creating an office with many distinct functions inside a 16,000 square foot industrial canvas. STUDIOSC paid special attention to program a layout that felt open, while also generating task specific spaces that felt cohesive with the overall design. Creating a subtle boundary around the entire perimeter separated function without closing off the space. Existing elements of the building structure were incorporated into the design to create a modern office while connecting to the history of this site.
