About the Project
STUDIOSC was commissioned to gut renovate two units that were combined together within the Condominium. The couple wished to re-imagine the composition of space and enhance each area to reflect an experience of serenity and sharpness and creating a home within a space that formerly lacked character or a sense of personality. STUDIOSC was also responsible for selecting all furnishings within the home to compliment and complete the updated interior design.

The interior is defined by a sleek, modern design with warm tones and high-end materials. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where custom cabinetry and stone countertops create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Wood finishes and subtle accent colors add a sense of depth, while the open layout enhances natural light.
The staircase is elegantly integrated into the design, maximizing sunlight and creating a natural transition between spaces. The bedrooms feature soft, calming palettes and meticulous attention to detail, with warm materials and carefully placed lighting, creating a serene and inviting ambiance.
