The angled mansard roofs and handcrafted clay shingles nod to the surrounding architectural context, anchoring the homes within their historic streetscape. At the same time, the clean lines and modern detailing establish a distinctly contemporary language, creating a meaningful dialogue between past and present.
Adjacent inner courtyards are carved into each residence, offering quiet, light-filled sanctuaries that bring a sense of retreat and openness to the otherwise dense urban fabric.
The bathrooms are a study in elegant restraint, combining clean geometry with high-end finishes. Soft lighting enhances the natural stone textures, wood tones, and crisp tiling. Details like recessed mirrors, custom vanities, and sculptural basins bring sophistication and cohesion, while large soaking tubs and walk-in showers add a sense of spa-like luxury.
