STUDIOSC was commissioned by the nationally famous Bantam Bagels to renovate their 9 foot wide cafe space in Greenwich Village. The major challenge faced in this project was how to create a space that operated well as a busy café that didn’t feel cramped. An updated counter and new furniture allowed for a better flow and additional seating without sacrificing open space.

The proposed design for Bantam Bagels’ café space has bright and warm colors were paired with natural wood textures to add a sense of warmth and charm. The updated lighting enhances the open, airy feel of the café, while sleek, minimalist furniture maximizes space without sacrificing comfort.
