This large multifamily residential building in downtown Brooklyn was an opportunity to express luxury design in a simplistic and elegant way. The design is consistent through each unique space to envelop a sense of warmth at each point.

The lobby welcomes visitors with a soaring double-height space, anchored by sculptural lighting and a rich interplay of warm wood and textured stone.
The second-floor terrace, visible from within, invites nature into the architecture through large glass walls and curated greenery, offering a tranquil visual and social connection between interior and exterior.
Amenity spaces throughout the building reflect a dynamic blend of utility and style, from the cozy lounge with its custom furnishings to the bold coworking zone framed by natural light and wooden accents.
A curated color palette of deep earth tones and soft neutrals creates a warm, tactile experience that carries through the gym, game areas, and private lounges.
The design language flows seamlessly into every amenity and communal space, from the hallways and gym to the pet wash station, by maintaining the signature wood accents, graceful arches, and beautiful tile work.
The rooftop terrace is an immersive retreat, with panoramic views and natural materials that echo the warmth of the interiors.
Inside, apartments feature open kitchens with clean lines and stone accents, seamlessly integrated with inviting dining spaces, balancing function and refined design.
The bedrooms continue the material and tonal language of the project, elegant yet discrete. Every detail reflects the thoughtful design choices that where made to elevate the everyday experience.
