About the Project

During the inital North Brooklyn real estate rush, 83 Eagle had the chance to question what is a luxury development. We chose to forego opulance, instead choosing more open and calming spaces with meaningful connect to the outdoors, allowing the well crafted materials along with clean design lines to be the focus. An elongated brick façade is accented by powder coated steel paneling, alluding to a graceful fusion of materials.

The blend of elongated brickwork and powder-coated steel panels creates a façade that feels both modern and grounded in craftsmanship. These material choices not only highlight elegance but also ensure durability. Greenery at the ground level softens the structure, creating a natural contrast to the building’s urban lines.

The interiors focus on open layouts and an abundance of natural light, creating an airy, expansive feel. Clean lines and carefully chosen materials—like sleek kitchen finishes and warm wooden floors—elevate the living experience. Large windows provide framed views of the city, merging indoor and outdoor environments.

The bathrooms are designed as serene retreats, featuring modern fixtures and elegant finishes. The rooftop terraces offer sweeping views of the city skyline, creating an ideal outdoor living space. Designed for relaxation and entertaining, these spaces combine greenery and ample seating, providing a peaceful escape while staying connected to the vibrant surroundings.
