During the inital North Brooklyn real estate rush, 83 Eagle had the chance to question what is a luxury development. We chose to forego opulance, instead choosing more open and calming spaces with meaningful connect to the outdoors, allowing the well crafted materials along with clean design lines to be the focus. An elongated brick façade is accented by powder coated steel paneling, alluding to a graceful fusion of materials.
