About the Project

This ground up development is the result of combination of multiple smaller lots in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Recessed balconies and larger setback terraces give each apartment its own private outdoor space, while the facade respects a rhythmic geometry, nodding towards a similar rhythm of the older building’s and changing scale and dynamic of this neighborhood.
