At the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn, Gowanus and Park slope, StudioSC was commissioned for the design of a ground up townhome on an existing vacant lot. A 5 story vertical staircase cuts through the home, connecting all floors, and creating loft like elements at each level. The main social spaces are split over 2 floors, including a double height dining area that connects to a living area and library, lofted above.
